Auto Workforces Inc. is seeking a motivated Automotive Service Technician or 3rd/4th-Year 310S Apprentice to join a well-established automotive service facility in Scarborough. This is an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills, gain hands-on experience, and build a long-term career in the automotive industry.
About the ClientOur client operates a 12+ bay, 12,000 sq. ft. automotive facility with a strong reputation and established industry relationships. The business services multiple fleet companies, including Canada Post, school fleets, and 19+ major dealerships.
Key services include:
Exhaust manifold manufacturing, fabrication, installation, and repair.
Muffler and catalytic converter replacement.
Wheel alignment and general mechanical repairs.
Sports car modifications and performance upgrades.
Perform vehicle inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, and mechanical repairs.
Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and exhaust system issues.
Work on exhaust manifolds, mufflers, catalytic converters, and related components.
Assist with wheel alignments, general repairs, and performance modifications.
Use automotive tools and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.
Follow repair procedures, workplace safety standards, and quality requirements.
Work alongside experienced technicians to develop technical skills and improve efficiency.
310S Licensed Automotive Service Technicians or 3rd/4th-year 310S Apprentices are welcome to apply.
Previous hands-on automotive repair experience.
Basic to strong knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance, and diagnostics.
Interest in exhaust systems, fabrication, and general mechanical repairs.
Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and attention to detail.
Own tools are preferred.
$25–$30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Full-time, permanent employment.
