We are hiring a Body Shop Advisor for an automobile dealership to manage customer interaction, accident repair coordination, and insurance processes while ensuring timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare repair cost estimates.

Coordinate with technicians, painters, and workshop staff for smooth workflow.

Handle insurance claims, approvals, and documentation.

Communicate repair status updates and timelines to customers.

Ensure quality check and timely delivery of repaired vehicles.

Maintain job records, invoices, and service history.

Open job cards, explain repairs, and resolve customer complaints.

Skills Required

Strong customer handling & communication skills.

Knowledge of denting, painting, and accident repair processes.

Understanding of insurance claim procedures.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / DMS software).

Qualifications

Diploma / Graduate in Automobile or Mechanical field preferred.

Valid driving licence preferred.
